According to Reading Police, the CTC Gold Refinery was robbed on Monday, July 22. Police arrested Justin Boutin, 28, of 30 Haven St. on charges of armed robbery, assault and battery on a person over 60, larceny over $250 and malicious destruction over $250.
Boutin allegedly robbed the CTC Gold Refinery located at 75 Haven St. Monday. Police arrested him Tuesday.
