Reading Man Charged With Alleged Drug Possession to Distribute

On Thursday, Jan. 16, at 2:25 p.m. police made an arrest as a result of a traffic stop on Woburn Street
Officers arrested Scott Michael Bishop, 43, of 81 Broadway Street, Boston, for operating a motor vehicle after a suspended license.
Also on Thursday, Jan. 16, at 3:57 p.m., detectives requested a marked unit to Mineral Street.

Police arrested Michael F. Dunn, 32, of 11 Mineral Street, Reading, for possession of Class A drugs with intent to distribute.

Thursday, January 16
- At 8:16 a.m. a dog bite report was received by fax out of Winchester for a Westcroft Road resident.
- At 11:56 a.m. a catalytic converter was reportedly stolen sometime overnight on Summit Drive.
- At 2:19 p.m. a call was received for larceny under $250 after a Minot Street resident said a pile of metal was taken out of their back yard.
