Reading Man Involved in Serious New Hampshire Motorcycle Crash

Anthony Gravallese of Reading was injured while driving his motorcycle on Sunday night.

A Reading man was involved in a serious accident over the weekend in New Hampshire and was airlifted to an area hospital after the motorcycle crash.

According to a press release from New Hampshire State Police, Troop B, Anthony Gravallese, of Reading, was driving his Harley Davidson motorcycle on Route 101 in Peterborough on Sunday at about 5:20 p.m.

Police said a silver pick up truck rear ended a second truck at an intersection in Peterborough. When the collision occurred, the impact forced the truck to rear end Gravallese’s motorcycle, according to police.

Following the crash, Gravallese was airlifted to Dartmouth Hitchcock Hospital, where police said he is being treated for his injuries.

In addition, a Jaffrey, N.H., man was transported to the hospital while the other truck’s driver and his passenger were treated at a nearby hospital and subsequently released.
