A Reading teen is facing charges of transporting alcohol. 

Thomas W. Willwerth, 19, of Reading, was arrested and charged by New Hampshire State Police with transportation of alcohol by a minor in Ossipee, NH, on Saturday, June 28 at 12:33 a.m.

Not a big story. Speeding in 40mph zone. His father was not far behind going to our home also. Had a 21 year old in the car and none of us were aware of NH law that you need a legal guardian with you to transport unopened or opened alcohol. Police assured us it was merely a speeding ticket type of charge. No rights read etc. they were just doing there job. just felt the need to explain. The blurb makes it sound a lot worse than it was. Bottom line, lessons learned.
