Reading Assessors Data Recollection Program Starts Monday in Birch Meadow District

The next phase of the inspection starts Monday, Feb. 11.

According to the Reading Board of Assessors MAA Chief Appraiser Victor P. Santaniello, the next phase of the office data recollection program starts Monday, Feb. 11 in the Birch Meadow School District.

The Board of Assessors contracted the services of Patriot Properties, Inc. to help with the recollection of data on about 3,600 properties in Reading, Santaniello said in a email. Those working with this effort will have identification and a letter of authorization from the Assessors office.

"The full measure and list of your property includes an exterior visual inspection (and re-measure if necessary) as well as an interior inspection (primarily to examine interior grade, condition, finished living area, bedrooms, etc.)," Santaniello said in the email.
