The North Reading High School Masquers will perform Lettice and Lovage this Friday and Saturday night at 7 p.m.

According to Masquers Director Alison Kane, "Lettice and Lovage is a comedy written by Peter Shaffer (who wrote Eqquis and Amadeaus) about a flamboyant tour guide (Senior Sarah Lilley) who loves to embellish the history behind an English country house butts heads with a fact-conscious official at the house (Senior Janelle Yull)."

Over 70 students were involved in the production, and have been working on it every day after school for months. The students were responsible for designing and building the revolving set and sewing or finding the costumes.
