Work your entire body!  Intervals of Cardio such as hi/lo impact aerobics, kickboxing, or TABATA and finish off with strength exercises with hand held weights and mat Pilates for strengthening your abs and back.  A GREAT way to end your week!!   You will definitely feel ready for a well deserved weekend!  Carry in your sneakers and bring plenty of water.
