Reading makes it to finals of the Northeast 7-on-7 tournament at Gillette Stadium.
The football team took to the Gillette Stadium field Wednesday to compete in the Northeast 7-on-7 tournament. Reading advanced to the tournament after winning the East Regional earlier in the month.
The tournament drew nine of the best squads from Massachusetts as well as the team from Essex Junction, VT.
The Rockets won their group on the back of solid defensive player and stellar quarterback, rising junior Drew Belcher.

The Rockets handily defeated Quincy in the semifinals before falling to Andover 19-6 in the championship game.
