The Reading High School football team snuck away with a comeback win in week one against Dracut. On Friday night, however, the Rockets couldn't duplicate the feat.
Visiting Arlington led throughout and handed Reading its first loss in more than a full season, a 17-14 setback.
The Rockets found the end zone with just over a minute to play, but couldn't successfully recover the onside kick. Arlington kneeled down to bleed the final seconds off the clock.
