Group Seeks Vendors for Special Needs Resource Fair

Businesses who sell any items or services that can benefit special needs students are invited to participate in the event at Merrimack College.

 

A group of Wilmington residents is trying to provide resources for families with special needs children, and they need help from local businesses, even ones in Reading and North Reading, to do so.

Christine DeAmbrose is spearheading efforts to organize the Merrimack Valley Special Needs Resource Fair, which is slated for Saturday, October 6, at 11 a.m.

The event is scheduled to take place in the Sakowich Center at Merrimack College in North Andover.

Vendors who cater to or provide services to anyone with special needs in the community are invited to purchase a table at the event for $22. That cost comes with free admission for guests.

Organizers are seeking businesses offering things like gluten free products, legal services, educational supports and more.
