Week Includes Free Coffee, Semifinal Football Action

Here are three events scheduled for the week in Reading.

Now that the weekend is over, get ready for the week with our Monday Essentials. Here are some events planned this week:

Free Coffee: Thanks to the Red Sox World Series victory last week, your Monday morning coffee is on Dunkin' Donuts. The company, with multiple Reading locations, announced that in celebration of last week's win over the St. Louis Cardinals, fans can present a coupon through the Dunkin' Donuts app that is good for one free medium hot or iced coffee throughout the day Monday.

Football Friday: Thanks to last week's dramatic victory, the Reading High School football team will play another week. The Rockets are into the semifinal of the North Division 2 bracket and will host Waltham at 7 p.m. on Friday with the winner advancing to the bracket final against either Haverhill or Lincoln-Sudbury.

Art Exhibit: The Reading Art Association invites residents to its Fall Art Exhibit and Sale, which includes refreshments and piano selections during a Friday night reception from 7:30-9:30 p.m. The exhibit and sale also is open Saturday from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. and Sunday from 12:30-3:30 p.m.
