Zumba Event Slated for This Weekend at Reading Memorial High School

Here's a look at some exciting events happening in the coming days in Reading and beyond.

The weekend is here and there are plenty of things to do in Reading and the surrounding area in the upcoming days.

Zumba: Reading Memorial High School will be hosting a Zumba event on Saturday beginning with registration at 8:30 a.m. The event costs $15 for adults to take one class, and $25 for both. Proceeds will go to benefit the high school's choral programs.

Yard Sale: On Saturday at 8 a.m. there will be a multi-family yard sale on Bond Street in Reading. According to the event listing, items include a snare drum, a professional xylophone, a boy's bike, a changing table and more.

Revolution Event: If you're looking for something to do out of town, the New England Revolution soccer team will honor service members during their game on Saturday. There is a long list of activities for the night, including United States Army vehicles on display, a Cell Phones for Soldiers drive and the presentation of a large United States flag on the field before the game.
