DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR REPAIR. My friends warned me that they were ripped off by this place, but I thought I would give them a chance. They were good to me once before. This time, my friends were right. I had to return my car FIVE times while they replaced this and that until they found the problem. It took them over one month to finally find the problem, Each time, they never took it for a test drive to see if the problem was fixed. Each time I was charged. $250 here, $500 there, $400 there..... One time they reimbursed me. They NEVER called my cell and asked me to decide. They NEVER saved my 'broken' parts. They ALWAYS shoved things on my bill. I was ALWAYS shocked each time I went to pick up my car. The final cost for a fix that should have cost $200 was over $1200, plus a rental car at $250. My car is worth $2000. They even told me they didn't have any good mechanics and wondered if I knew anyone who wanted a job. While I was there, I observed them yelling at a new kid they hired because he over filled a cop's car on an oil change job. They are NOT willing to negotiate when I called the Attorney Generals office, and refuse to return AG's calls. They took advantage of me BIG TIME. I will NEVER go there EVER again.

The first time I came to East Coast I was greeted with smiles. The people there were very friendly and courteous. I came in for a sticker and I was promptly taken care of. I feel that East Coast is a place that I could and I will come for my vehicle repairs and other services. Extremely friendly and promt!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
