Everything they sell here is great. The only problem is getting in & out of the parking lot.

The NEW management at Heav'nly Donuts North Reading has done a remarkable job bringing this business to a community level......from supporting our local small business, to supporting ALL the "Hornets" teams, to hiring residents, to holding family fun events, to contributing to our NR!
The staff and products offered at Heav'nly Donuts North Reading are far from any other "coffee shop"! Along with offering Mrs. Felix's Cupcakes, they offer huge freshly made hand cut donuts, delicious fresh baked pastries, a monstrous selection of fresh and unique muffins, luncheon sandwiches and breakfast sandwiches with REAL eggs!! The staff are friendly and are all familiar faces!!

New management team in place. Coffee and pastry is the best in the area. An afternoon ice coffee with a shot of espresso to go with the new Chicken or Tuna salad sandwiches with a choice of lettuce, tomato & red onion is just what is needed to finish the 2nd half of the day.

Iced coffee with a side of bacon? That's what I found stuck in the ice cubes at the bottom of yesterday's large iced decaf. I brought it back and the manager offered me a weak, "Oh, wow. Sorry." No offer of a refund or replacement. They've lost my business on lack of customer service alone.
