On the first floor is the community services departments, including Town Clerk, Veterans Agent, Town Manager/Selectmen, Building Inspections and Zoning, Conservation, Elder & Human Services, Health, Historical Commission and Planning. There are three conference rooms on the first floor, including the Selectmen's Meeting Room and the Arnold Berger Conference Room.
The second floor features accounting and finance departments, including Assessment, Town Accountant, Technology, Human Resources, Retirement, Payroll and Treasurer.
