Churches to Hold Dinners and Services as Easter Approaches

6 a.m. Easter Sunrise Service on the town common hopes to appeal to those of all denominations.

North Reading's churches will hold a dawn Easter service on the common at 6 a.m., which will be open to residents and those of any denominations. Other than that, services at North Reading churches range from simple Easter worship sessions, to dinners celebrating Passover, to remembrance performances. Below is a list of what some of the town's churches are offering for Easter worship. St. Theresa’s Catholic Church Address: 63 Winter St. Thursday: Lord’s Supper, 7:30 p.m. Friday: Lord’s Passion and Death, 7:30 p.m., confession to follow. Saturday: Easter Vigil, 7:30 p.m. Sunday: Mass held at 7, 9, 10:30 a.m. and noon. There will be no 6:30 a.m. Mass on Easter.
