New England Scholastic Band Association hosts competition at Melrose High School
Reading Memorial High School's marching band competed Saturday at a New England Scholastic Band Association competition at Melrose High School, and performed a program entitled "Jekyll and Hyde." The bands were not only scored on the quality of their music, but also how well they execute their routine, the precision, the musicality and also the separate color guard. Updated Monday, Oct. 4—12:35 p.m.: The previous version of this story contained an incorrect name for the band's program. The title was recorded incorrectly in the program provided to me by NESBA.
