If going out to yoga class feels nearly impossible, North Reading resident and yoga teacher Sandy Griffin has an appealing – and affordable – offer: Gather 10 yogis at the same time, in the same room, and she will come to you. Griffin, who is certified through Pathways Yoga, teaches at Liv Yoga on Bow Street and will be teaching at a new local studio that will replace All You Knead. Her Girls Night In Yoga Parties cost $100 for up to 10 people, and $10 per each additional participant.
