Reading Man Arrested 7:54 p.m.—A traffic stop on Scotland Road yielded an arrest after a 20-year-old Reading man was picked up on an outstanding warrant. Mark J. Selfridge, of 87 Colburn St., was wanted on three counts of malicious destruction of property and disturbing the peace. Mr. Selfridge also caught a new charge:possession of a Class B substance. A passenger in the vehicle, also a 20-year-old Reading native, was issued a bylaw citation for possession of a Class D substance less than one ounce.
