Four Men Arrested, Including Reading Man, Following Prostitution Sting

Woburn Police, working with a regional agency, arrested four men on sexual conduct for a fee changes.

Members of the Woburn Police Department arrested four men following separate investigations on charges of sexual conduct for a fee. According to a release, on March 15 members of the Woburn Police Department working with members Southern Middlesex Regional Drug Task Force conducted a prostitution sting at local hotels. The investigation included posting online advertisements for female prostitutes and a female contact to set up the transactions. As a result of the investigations police arrested the following suspects: Steven M. Puglielli, 40, of 34 Heather Drive, Reading. Arrested on a charge of sexual conduct for a fee. James C. Two Arrested on Prostitution Charges in Reading

The arrests were made at Lotus Blossom Bodyworks and Asian Bodyworks.

Ling Ling Wang, 47, of 61 Kenberma Rd., Worcester and Wen Qui, 36, of 144 Brook St., Quincy were arrested Thursday in Reading on charges of sexual conduct for a fee, according to police.  Reading Police detectives worked with North Eastern Massachusetts Law Enforcement Council (NEMLEC) detectives to investigate alleged prostitution at the Lotus Blossom Bodyworks at 274 Main St. and Asian Bodyworks at 150 Main St.     According to a recent press release from Reading Police, an undercover police officer posed as a customer and went into both businesses. Wang was arrested at Asian Bodyworks and Qui was arrested at Lotus Blossom Bodyworks. Both were arrested on charges of sexual conduct for a fee and will be arraigned in Woburn District Court …
