North Reading Resident to Play in Stars and Stripes Winter World Championships
Chadem Felix accepted the invitation to play for the Stars and Stripes National Baseball League.
North Reading resident Chadem Felix, 12, will be playing for the Stars and Stripes National Baseball league in their Winter World Championships in Florida. Felix was scouted at a baseball camp he attended this past summer. "He is so excited for this opportunity," his mother Lindsay Felix said. Felix started playing baseball on a North Reading Little League team when he was five-years-old. He has played on AAU and private teams as well, but has now "finally found the right level of play that fits his game and style at this National Level with The Stars and Stripes Baseball League," Lindsay Felix said.
