Reading Civic Band plays Out Of The Shadows

Reading’s symphonic wind ensemble
will play at the Parker School auditorium,
45 Temple Street.  RCCB director Lucinda
Ellert has dubbed this concert “Out of the Shadows”.  It features musical gems that have either
been obscured over time, upstaged by events, lie buried within larger works, or
were written as backdrop for some other form, (such as movies, opera,  etc.). 
Come hear Robert Russell Bennett, Jan Van der Roost, Norman Dello Joio, and
Giacomo Puccini.  

RCCB is a volunteer,
non-profit organization, supported by local businesses, individuals, and by the
First Congregational Church of Reading, UCC. 
This support helps them keep admission costs to just $12 at the door,
($8 for seniors & children of 8 years and under).  Enjoy a big-city concert experience without
the big-ticket prices, (or the commute).
