Police Department Hosting Annual Children's Holiday Party
This is the 33rd annual running of the event, hosted by the Reading Police Department.
The men and women in blue are hosting the man in red this weekend during a long-standing holiday tradition.
On Sunday from 1-3 p.m., the Reading Police Department holds the 33rd annual Children's Holiday Party at Austin Prep School on Willow Street.
The event will include a long list of activities, including an appearance by Santa Claus and his helpers.
In addition, there will be clowns, face paining, balloons, hot dogs, chips and soda, ice cream, pizza, and more.
While families are at the holiday event, they can also learn more about the Child Identification Program, as police will be giving out information on the afternoon.
