Lee is working with the commission and hopes to meet with them soon to put together "a master plan to accomplish some of the goals we set for ourselves."

Those goals include improving the facilities and ambiance, creating a new menu and providing the Hillview with the food assortment, variety and freshness that residents have come to expect from the Horseshoe Grille, Lee said.

"We hope to create a new and exciting menu and make it a facility that the entire community can be proud of, and our goal is to work in partnership with the Hillview Commission to achieve that," he said.

The changes to the Hillview will be in phases, Lee said, and he is excited about the opportunity. He also plans to work closely with organizations in town to help with their fundraising causes and to promote the Chamber of Commerce's Buy Local Initiative.

"We’re very grateful that the Hillview Commission saw fit to show us their confidence in awarding us this contract," he said.
