Five Things to Know Today: Nov. 13

Your guide to events and happenings in Reading and North Reading today.

Today is Tuesday, Nov. 13. Here are five things you need to know today:

1. The weather. The temperature will reach 59 degrees today and drop to 30 overnight. Expect some rain throughout the day.

2. Reading Town Meeting. Reading's Town Meeting is tonight at 7 p.m. at Reading Memorial High School.

3. North Reading SSBC. The SSBC will meet at North Reading High School at 5:30 p.m. An OPM and design update for the school building project are both items on the agenda.

4. Holiday food temptations. Stop by the Reading Senior Center at 10:15 a.m. to learn about the "do's and don'ts" of holiday foot temptations.

5. Holiday bows. Learn how to make holiday bows at the Flint Memorial Library at 7 p.m. Colleen Perry of Brissonte will demonstrate how to create bows and also make a simple wreath.
