NRPD Obtains Summons for Groveland Woman for Felony Embezzlement

have obtained a summons for a 37-year-old Groveland woman. The woman was charged with six counts of felony embezzlement over $250.

The charges surround the woman's prior employment at Atlantic Millright in North Reading, police said.

According to police, the woman allegedly committed the embezzlements starting in April of this year, totaling funds over $16,000.

The Groveland woman will be arraigned at Woburn District Court on Sept. 24. The charges carry a potential of up to a five-year prison sentence and a fine up to $25,000 for each of the six counts, police said.
